We need a parent volunteer for this position. Our goal is 4 new scouts in 2008-09. B. Finance: Treasurer Mary report/ bank balance: Troop account: $482.16; Scout: $1374.00. C. Program: Scoutmaster Paul: Recap recent activity; 1. Good troop meetings, good attendance. 2. Good hike to Coast Camp 3. Yosemite outing over Memorial Day cancelled—not enough parents to attend 4. Wolfeboro coming up, good attendance expected (Mark, Joe, Uri, Liam, Isaiah, Sam G., Zander; Abel? Matt?) Chris, Doug and Sam B on staff; Mary will email packing list and collect fees 5. Philmont coming up 6. Equipment – REI trip planned for 6/12 to look at equipment; Bob will look into repairing or replacing stoves and propane lantern 7. Travel – Don working on Wolfeboro coverage….need mid-week and drivers V. Parents Committee Activities in Progress – Vince Scout hut report – back room available for monthly board of review night; merit badge corner planned, troop history/tradition corner planned and quartermaster/troop gear corner and scoutmaster corner planned Advancement/Jane: partials to complete at Wolfeboro ready to go; next court of honor to be 10/22/08 Health and Safety/Jane: some boys need updated forms for Wolfeboro Troop 19 scrapbook history project needs volunteers Phone tree coordinator: Barbara Bruns Upcoming Troop19 outings/events/ service noted as follows: Need patrol service (2) hours? Dinner for the Poor at St. Mary Magdalen Parish Hall Setup: 1-3PM -- 1st Sunday monthly Lake Anza potluck/swim on June 18 Regular meetings in the summer except for week of Wolfeboro, through July, then Philmont with meetings resuming 8/13 Philmont Adventure – JULY-2008 (deposit is paid!)
